Here we go yall! Today Im making some scrambled eggs with broccli and some turkey sausages on the side as my preworkout meal.
This meal is packed with fiber and protein and a great way to start your day!
I dont necessarily use any measurement tools, for me its about not overdoing it and eyeballing it.
1. Be careful with the milk/broccoli. too much milk and your eggs are too runny, too much broccoli and itll take over the eggs easily.
2. 20 minutes 400 degrees for the sausage worked for me because mine were frozen. adjust the time according to the state of the sausages.
