My favorite way to start AND end a training session or just to do at any time in the day (especially after a long period of sitting, standing, driving when I’m feeling stiff).
You probably have to open the Reel and pause to read but I wanted to make sure all of the info was there. These tips I’ve learned have helped me a ton. 💚
