4 exercises - 10 reps each - 4 circuits

lateral jumps - get that power from the squat each time you land!
jump squat w twist - we always love incorporating some abs! squat deep and then twist to work those obliques!
pop squat - try to touch the group every time for optimal cardio
star jumps - let’s get some air! work on full extension of your arms and legs with each jump
