Hi guys! I’m so excited to share with you some extremely nutritious, vegan snacks that are great alternatives for our guilty pleasures. I just ordered my Instacart and thought I’d share a little bit on healthy and satisfying munchies.
All of the dry fruits I shared are great alternatives to chocolate when you have that sweet tooth, and Kamut is a great alternative to buttery microwave popcorn. Just add your own seasoning!
Let’s go one by one on each item I’ve shared. Here’s the list!

You will notice that each of these items have only one or few natural ingredients. In general, it’s best to stay away from foods that have ingredients that seem hard to pronounce.
