I have been looking for a more natural energy drink and have been searching for a great energy drink that isn't packed with ingredients that are bad for you and I came across the Alani Nu Energy Drink. Alani Nu has a cult following and I was curious to see if it was worth the hype that I have seen on social media and online. Below you will find my review of the Alani Nu Energy Drink in Blue Slush!
How I tested Alani Nu Energy Drink:
I tried this energy drink in numerous flavors over the course of 2 weeks. I drank it as both a preworkout drink and a midday energy boost drink testing its taste, effectiveness of promoting more energy, and quality of ingredients. I have tried many energy drinks in this category and was able to compare and contrast them all to create a thorough and accurate review. This review is NOT sponsored in any way, it is my honest feedback and opinion of Alani Nu Energy Drink.

🌟Key Decision Making Factors for my review:
Retail Price: At a little more than $2 per serving, I think Alani Nu energy drink is a steal! I feel good knowing I am not breaking the bank getting my energy for the day. I don;t even need coffee anymore, so I am saving lots of money on not getting a $5 Starbucks drink every day.
Key Ingredients: I wanted to make sure that what I was putting into my body is inherently good for me. No harsh chemicals that would destroy my stomach or give me jitters throughout the day. I love that Alani does banned-substance testing and is manufactured in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) compliant facility.
Age Group: I think that this energy drink is good for anyone over 16, but it would be up to parents discretion. It is clean energy with less calories than most coffees or other energy drinks, so I would recommend this to everyone to try!
Flavors Available: I can be picky when it comes to flavors, so when I saw that Alani Nu Energy Drinks come in 12 different flavors I was so excited! All of the flavors are super nostalgic and make me feel like I am having a sweet treat but while still maintaining my healthy lifestyle. Major score!
Amount in each can: Each can is 12 fl oz and I think it is the perfect amount for the type of energy I need. Some days I will have half in the beginning of the day and half later in the day and it is great! I feel satiated but it doesn't make me feel uncomfortably full which is great for when you are headed to a workout.
✅Pros of Alani Energy Drink:
- I REALLY feel the energy boost! I notice the boost of energy about 15-20 minutes after drinking it.
- I don't crash at all after drinking it like other energy drinks.
- I love that it is lightly carbonated so I get a smoother drinking experience and no burping after.
- Only 10 calories and packed with ingredients like biotin, vitamin B6, and vitamin b12!
- The. Blue Slush flavor was SO good! Very nostalgic flavor :)
❌Cons of Alani Energy Drink:
- After I drink it I instantly have to pee. This is a little inconvenient if I am on the go.
- Certain flavors are stronger than others and some of them I had to add some water to to dilute the strong flavoring.
