I have been making these cookies for the past year now and this recipe never gets old for me! Crunchy on the outside but soft and moist on the inside!
Been on a tahini trend recently been researching a lot of different recipes and came across this one on Pinterest a year ago!
Wet:
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup tahini
1 tsp vanilla
-mix well and set aside -
Dry:
1 cup of oat flour
1/4 cup almond flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp of cinnamon - donβt be shy π
Salt π§
- mix and set aside -
Directions:
Slowly combine the wet and dry ingredients until no more flour is left and pour in 1/4 cup of chocolate chips!
Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes!
Eat and enjoy!
