My mom makes amazing and simple pork chops! Her simple recipe is only a few steps and takes 30 minutes to complete.
Ingredients:
Pork chops
Seasoning (we used Kinder’s Master Salt & Dash Garlic and Herb)
Flour
Oil
Step 1: heat up a pan of oil while doing the next few steps.
Step 2: take your seasoning and cover both sides of the pork chop. You can choose whatever seasoning you’d like but I highly recommend the ones my mom uses. Dash Garlic & Herb and the other one is Kinder’s master salt!
Step 3: cover both sides in flour. Don’t forget to get the small sides of the pork chop. The whole pork chop needs to be completely covered in flour!
Step 4: place pork chop in pan and let cook for 5-7 minutes. Then flip it to the other side for 5-7 minutes. Sometimes my mom will flip it again for a few minutes. You’ll want to cook it until it’s a golden crispy outer layer.
Step 5: place the cooked pork chops on a plate covered with paper towels so it can soak up the grease!
Step 6: enjoy :) add whatever sides you’d like!
