This product contains Aloe, Propolis Extract, Green Tea Extract, and Cucumber Fruit Extract! Such an interesting combo. Iโve never even heard of cucumber extract. ๐
Aloe and Propolis are supposed to soothe and calm the skin, while also providing much needed hydration and nourishment. ๐ โจ
I like the sleekness and simplicity of the packaging. I ALWAYS appreciate sustainability, so Iโm glad the box is recyclable. Itโs a semi-clear gel and absorbs into the skin pretty quickly.
The smell is odd. It reminds me of BBQ ๐ ๐
๐คข Letโs just say I try to apply it quickly. The smell doesnโt linger though!
It dries down to a satin-y finish. My acne is horrible these days and it seemed to soothe it, but not by much. I used this for two weeks, and each night I woke up to an oily mess. ๐ I wanted to love this. I promise, I really did. I have SUPER oily skin to start out with so maybe this would be more suited for normal to dry skin types. I will continue to test it to see if other skin products work well with it and to see if itโs something Iโm using that may be adding to my oiliness.
I give it a B-
