Believe it or not, designer Carolina Herrera has created over 161 unique fragrances. Her first perfume debuted in 1988 with the help of the Spanish fragrance giant, Puig.
Herrera, a prestigious fashion designer, dubbed fragrance "an invisible accessory." The first Carolina Herrera perfume, named eponymously, featured key notes of jasmine and tuberose. It matched her aesthetic as a designer perfectly, and the success was remarkable.
Today, Herrera is more famously known for her iconic Good Girl perfume, which comes in a nifty stiletto-shaped bottle. I found the Good Girl perfume Dossier.co creates to match my favorite Carolina Herrera perfume scent almost exactly- but at a fraction of the price!

First, let me explain the concept of a dupe for those of you who are unfamiliar with the term. Dupe stems from the word duplicate. When an item is a "dupe", it means it is a comparable product sold at a fraction of the cost of the real thing.

Ironically I was a Good Girl customer before I ever tried Dossier's Fruity Almond scent. So I am in an excellent position to put my nose to work and decipher the difference between the two brands.
To me, they smell exactly the same! Many other reviewers mentioned that the Dossier Fruity Almond smelled spot on to Carolina Herrera's Good Girl scent. Other Dossier customers mentioned this is "literally an exact dupe" and that it's an "amazing dupe."
🌺Scent of a Modern Woman
The scent is beautiful! It's feminine but not too overpowering. I think this scent could even pass for unisex, so it is sweet, but the base notes break that up to be more androgynous.
🌺Packaging Comparison
I am in love with the simple glass design of the perfume bottle! The minimalist white label is elegant on my vanity.
I always lose my perfume caps, so the magnetic silver cap on this bottle is an added bonus. I no longer have to worry about losing my caps!
Obviously, this perfume is not stilleto shaped, which I do love about the Carolina Herrera version. However, while it's fun to own a perfume bottle in that shape, the fact that I can get the same scent at $83 less is more important to me!

The Carolina Herrera Good Girl perfume starts at $96 and retails up to $128, depending on the size you pick.
When comparing Dossier's 1.7 ounce Fruity Almond to Carolina Herrera's 1.7 Good Girl Eau de Parfum, the prices are $29 and $112, respectively. The savings here speak for themselves.
🌻Longevity
Both the Dossier and Carolina Herrera Good Girl perfume hold their own. My few spritzes of Dossier's Fruity Almond lasted me all day long. I love that the scent actually evolves as you wear it, and the different notes are more noticeable at different points.
🐇Vegan and Cruelty-Free
Dossier has the jumping rabbit seal of approval. All of their products are 100% cruelty-free. This means they never test on animals.
Dossier is also a vegan company which means there are no animal products in their finished goods. I also love their commitment to clean ingredients.
Cons of Dossier.co Fruity Almond Eau de Parfum
Personally, I was 100% satisfied with my first Dossier purchase of this Good Girl inspired Fruity Almond scent. There isn't anything for me to complain about.
I did notice some reviewers said it smelled different than the original Carolina Herrera scent or that it is too sweet. I didn't experience that personally.
The perfume smells different on every body due to our skin's pH and body chemistry. The great thing is that Dossier makes sure all customers are satisfied.
❤️ Final Thoughts: I’ve never really been a big perfume person. Personally, I always forget to put it on in the rush of trying to get ready. I am always out there door and remember, shoot, I needed to put on perfume! But, this perfume has changed my mind…I will definitely remember to put some in now before I leave the house!

The $29 Ambery Vanilla by Dossier.co is a steal compared to the $139 YSL Black Opium perfume. The scents are near identical, yet Dossier's version is $110 less.
As the name suggests, this is a warm and sweet yet intoxicating scent.
Ambery Vanilla by Dossier is both sensual and delicious. It first hits the nostrils with a bright gourmand from the citrus and pepper. Then you start to notice the patchouli, vanilla, and warming coffee cut through.
It's beautiful for special occasions, especially around the holiday season.
🌼Viktor and Rolf Flowerbomb Perfume Dossier.co
Flowerbomb is notorious for its orbital shape and eye-catching pink and black detailing on the perfume bottle. But that is, unfortunately, part of the reason it'll set you back $129 for just 1.7 ounces.
Dossier's Gourmand White Flowers is the perfect alternative, at just $29 for 1.7 ounces and a nearly identical scent!
Gourmand White Flowers is a harmony of green tea, caramel, tart berries, jasmine, and rose. This scent is both sweet and sexy, perfect for young and wise folks alike.
🌿Maison Margiela By The Fireplace Replica Perfume Dossier
Replica is the French fashion house, Maison Margiela's fragrance brand. The intention with Replica scents is to capture the smells of nostalgic memories such as a walk on the beach, time at the barber, and when the rain drops.
Dossier encaptures the Replica By the Fireplace scent themselves with an inspired fragrance titled Woody Chestnut. You get the same designer scent for just $29 compared to the $135 Replica scent.
Woody Chestnut is described as warm, comfortable, and evocative. It reflects the cozy sensation by the fireplace at dusk.
