Here are my five tips to stay fit 💪🏻on your vacation:
🥗 1. 1 healthy and 1 unhealthy meal a day!
⏱ 2. Try to have your dinner earlier, around 6:30PM and then don’t eat again until breakfast the next morning.
🏃♀️ 3. stay active- enjoy a day hike. If you are in a new city, rent a bike.
💧4. Stay hydrated! it will help reduce your bloating and water retention, making you feel more comfortable during your vacation
🥜5. Pack healthy snacks and have them on you at all times so you won’t wind up starving and may overdo it at your next meal.
