In this video I show you a few different things I do to help with my anxiety!
1. Watch the sunset and listen to worship music!
This is my all time favorite thing to do. It resets my mindset!
2. Take a bubble bath
This is so relaxing after a long day! Dealing with anxiety is so exhausting so this is the perfect way to destress.
3. Take a walk
It’s nice to get some fresh air and I find that getting some sun helps my mind to think more positive
4. Read a book
I find this helpful because it takes my mind off myself and into a different world.
Writing down my thoughts gets them out of my head
