This one is my FAVORITE alternative! I newly discovered date syrup which has twice the potassium, calcium of maple syrup and honey & up to 10 times the antioxidants.
4. soy sauce β‘οΈ liquid brag
Enjoy the taste of soy sauce without the excess sodium! Traditional soy sauce contains 980mg of sodium while liquid braggs only contains 310mg
5. salad dressings β‘οΈ acv & lemon
Although there are many healthy salad dressing on the market this duo with a little bit of oil oil is my fav!
