If your gonna spray choose coconut or avocado. Coconut oil has all the good fatty acids.
3. syrup ➡️ date syrup
This one is my FAVORITE alternative! I newly discovered date syrup which has twice the potassium, calcium of maple syrup and honey & up to 10 times the antioxidants.
4. soy sauce ➡️ liquid brag
Enjoy the taste of soy sauce without the excess sodium! Traditional soy sauce contains 980mg of sodium while liquid braggs only contains 310mg
5. salad dressings ➡️ acv & lemon
