I was never a fan of large eyeshadow palettes because they seemed too overwhelming and hard to use. π
However, I love this Nyx Ultimate Utopia palette! π
The pans are arranged closely together so the palette does not feel too big. I appreciate this packaging because it makes the palette light and compact (as much as a 40 pan palette can be compact!) π
The shade selection is great - a mix of shimmers and mattes. You can see the gorgeous nudes in the arm swatch! π€©
I have created gorgous pink and neutral looks. π
But this palette also lets me play with blues and greens, which I would normally not use! π±
It's great that I have an option to branch out since I would definitely not buy a palette with a blue/green theme.
The quality of the shadows is AMAZING. So buttery and great pigmentation for a drugstore product π₯°
The shimmers are some of the best Iβve ever used and there is minimal fallout when using them.
I received this palette complimentary for review purposes but after owning this palette for 4 months, I can genuinly say I would have spent my own money to buy this beautiful palette! π
