What up Rockstarz today I’m sharing some life changing books with you! These books helped me on my little journey navigating life so I wanted to share them with ya, let’s dive in 🏊🏾♂️
Book one: the subtle art of not giving a f*ck
This book to me was more about finding more f*cos to give about yourself it’s not about not caring but more so about learning to care less about the things you cannot control and focusing on cultivating and caring for the things you can change.
Book two: Influencer the new science of leading change
This book is a current read for me so far it is pretty interesting it’s a deep dive of different views on the science behind influence and effecting influence into the final outcome of change very fun and very interesting to read so far.
Book three: Practice you a journal
This journal is a beautiful guide that has fun prompts that allow you to truly reflect on your own life experience and to pull from those experiences to help guide you on your current path and to show you that you have the answers within you even if you don’t think so all you needed was a little shift in perspective.
Book four: 100 day goal journal
This book is a fav of mine because it operates as a planner a accountability journal and a motivational passage all in one! The journal features detailed schedule layouts, accountability trackers, self reflection recaps and little gems of advice to encourage you to continue to strive to meet these goals.
