Hey Prismpop! Even though 2020 has been a crazy year, I'm not going to let it stop me from accomplishing my goals. I use to work out at the gym, but now I am adapating all my workout to be done at home.
SEQUENCE:
*
* Warmup - 3 minutes of jumping jacks
* Lunge/curl combo 10 reps per leg, 3 times
* Shoulder taps - 30 seconds, 3 times
* Split Squat - 15 reps per leg, 3 times
* *keep proper alignment with knees over toes
* Side plank twist - 15 reps per side, 3 times
* Side lunge - 10 per leg, 3 times
