Hey guys! I wanted to share my experience with trying a 30 day ab challenge. My family naturally carries a little extra weight so it’s tough for me to get my abs to be toned even though I am fit and strong. I would 10/10 recommend trying this especially if it’s tough for you to loose weight. Rather than follow a strict routine I used workouts I enjoyed on Pinterest, YouTube, and Prismpop (I’ve tagged the people who’s videos I’ve used)! Then I used weights or upped the reps to add extra challenge as I gained strength. I added these workouts in addition to my cardio and yoga routines. It definitely helped me gain some definition and tightened my stomach. I actually dropped a pants size and felt like my whole body got more toned.
