1️⃣ Boiled shrimp. Bring water to boil with garlic salt, black pepper and a bay leaf and add the peeled shrimp; cook up to 5 minutes depending on the size of the shrimp.
2️⃣ Air Fryer Coconut Shrimp. Start by dipping the peeled shrimp in egg white, then into japanese panko bread crumbs with unsweetened (or sweetened) flaked coconut mixture. Place into air fryer and cook for 5 min each side at 350º.
3️⃣ Salt block seared shrimp. A salt block is literally a slab of pink Himalayan salt mined from million year old salt mines in Pakistan. Preheat your salt brick (takes up to 40 min total) and place your peeled shrimp on the top and sear for about 5 minutes. By cooking on a Himalayan salt block, your food will be infused with the 80+ minerals found in the salt.
