I am so grateful for these Rings! Honestly, my 9 year old son has loved fidget toys for years now and I never really understood what was so great about them. My son and I both have Anxiety and ADHD so I totally get it now. I have always loved wearing Rings and I always play around with them. Twisting and turning them and clanking them against each other. I guess it was only natural for me to really benefit from a Decompression Anxiety Ring. • It's basically 2 Rings that are connected and one spins over the other.

• It makes a satisfying low grinding sound as it spins that is really pleasing to hear.
• It gives me something to focus on but in the back of my mind so I can better focus on the task at hand.
• They are really stylish. I can wear them with any kind of outfit.

• It actually helps me relax to fall asleep because it keeps my mind from racing.

✅️ My Conclusion! -
I really like this fidget ring! I do suffer from chronic anxiety and ADHD so it really is hard to pay attention to one thing at a time. My mind constantly races and I get distracted really easily. Having this ring on my hand I can fidget with it while doing something important and I'll be able to focus much easier and for longer periods of time. It's actually quite amazing. I thought fidgets were just kid toys. EASEOO has so many other beautiful rings that are fidgets as well. This style is one of their more plain basic styles. Their other rings are more elegant and stylish. You'll just definitely have to check them out for yourselves!! I definitely recommend it! 👌
