$20 Matte Blue Liquid Eyeliner vs. $5 Matte Blue Liquid Eyeliner
I happen to LOVE both of these brands! I’ve been using Milani Products since I was a teenager! Now Kat Von D is a great brand too. It’s just more expensive.💸

I really like this Eyeliner but it has a couple minor issues. After its dried, its kinda hard to layer it. It lifts sometimes as I put another coat on. Lastly, it’s tough to remove. I really gotta work at it with really good makeup remover.

This Drugstore Eyeliner actually works better in some ways. It can layer without lifting. It’s much easier to remove BUT that’s because it’s not waterproof which can be a bad thing.
Either way, $20 vs $5? If I couldn’t afford the $20 Eyeliner, the $5 would definitely suffice. Since I can afford both, I’ll just keep both. Lol BUT If you want to save money, the Milani is almost a Dupe for the KVD! The Milani is just a tiny bit darker. Either way I recommend both!
