For this healthy recipe you will need around 15 min.
The star of this dish is Salmon🐟which is rich in a protective antioxidant and high-quality protein, vitamins and minerals (including potassium, selenium and vitamin B12). It also contains omega-3 fatty acids that are important in preventing and managing heart disease.
~I place my Salmon🐟in ovenproof glass dish and drizzle some Italian dressing on top. If you like extra garlic, mince some and add on top. As it cooks it will become sweet.
~Place the 🐟 in the preheated over at 400F for around 15 minutes. It is done when you can easily peel it with the fork.
~For a side dish I like to use rice and add some sautéed mushrooms and carrots.
~The other nice option is making Couscous.
Boil 1 1/4 cup water with the included seasoning mix and 2 tbsp of olive oil. Then add couscous, cover and remove from heat. After 5 minutes fluff it with the fork.
~~~> I like to garnish my plate with an edible rose🌹.
Simple cut one continuous strip of tomato skin. Using your fingertips, begin rolling the rose, keeping it tight and curling it around itself.
