How many times have you heard that patterns are for Spring and Summer only? I know I have!
When investing in a luxury bag, it's important to think about wearability all year round. I created this post to share how I style one of my favorite luxury bags by Emilio Pucci. This is actually a vintage mini bag that was a hand me down from my aunt! She never wore it, and so I took it upon myself to wear it across the seasons.
Here are the four ways I've styled:
Summer is great for bright colors. I wore a neon orange crop top from Zara with straight leg multi-paneled jeans by Frame. I wore these two-toned mules by Wandler since the orange matched the top, and the pink, the bag!
Spring, too, is a great moment for colors. Instead of going super bright, I figured I'd choose a top with colors, but muted tones. This top is quite a whimsical one--it has kids brushing their teeth on it, haha! It's by Pallavi Singhee and while I couldn't find it on the market at the moment, I added an image of another one of her tops that would work. I paired the look with metallic light rose heels by Roger Vivier.
Fall is a great time to start pulling out the jackets in your wardrobe. This is a velvet Elie Saab jacket that has a hint of pink and forest green in there. I figured the forest green worked well for Fall! Since it did have pink, though, the bag matched really well. I kept it simple for pants and just wore a pair I have had for the longest time by Ann Taylor.
When I think winter, I think snowflakes and snow, which always pulls me towards the colors of white and ice blue. This white lace dress is by a Parisian designer known as Vanida Dang, but I couldn't find the exact product. Pictured is a similar one by Zimmermann. I added a bit of blue color and more of a street-vibe with Off White's industrial belt. Lastly, I wore this super formal dress with none other than white sneakers, because, why not. Comfort is key.
Well, that's how I style my pink patterned bag across the seasons! I hope this inspired you to wear that patterned item you have outside of just Spring/Summer!
