Today I am showing you how I use my Fitbit Versa 2 watch to do my workout check ins!
I have been using mine for years and it is my favorite way to track my progress and overall health.
Live workout tracking! It measures calories burned, heart rate, duration, and what workout zone you are in all while you’re working out.
After the workout you can go to the Fitbit app and get even more detailed data! It shows steps, calories, and weekly totals. You can set specific goals every day too! I set my steps goal at 10K every day and I love being able to track it.
Sleep score! My Fitbit automatically tracks my sleeping based on my heart rate. It shows my REM cycle, my light sleep duration, and deep sleep. It’s amazing to be able to see your sleep patterns over time. Taking all of those data points into account, the app gives you an overall sleep “score” that gives you a base point to look at!
I highly recommend the Fitbit Versa and think it’s super helpful for tracking your overall health.
