Lately I’ve been getting into the habit of having a morning routine even though I’m not a morning person at all!
I found out that doing this everyday has improved my mood and makes me feel a lot more inspired to get work done throughout the day!
I love the yoga videos from my favorite fitness YouTuber “Mad Fit” (I’ve recommended her ab workouts before!). As I’ve mentioned before, I’ve been dealing with a groin injury for a while now and doing yoga really helps improve my flexibility for me to do my physical therapy exercises 🧘🏽♀️
I also try to meditate in the mornings to keep my mind focused on my goals as well as being grateful for the things I have (being grateful will attract more good things into your life!).
