✨I love using lip plumpers except for the tingly/ stinging feeling but I do love the effect it imparts which are juicy and plump lips, especially useful if you love taking selfies or doing makeup looks to showcase lip products. One of my trusty lip plumpers in rotation is the Too Faced Lip Injection Extreme Lip Plumper included in the kit.

🧐MY EXPERIENCE:
The consistency of the original is like a thin lip gloss and it was easily absorbed by my lips. After around 2 minutes upon application, I already felt a stinging/ tingling sensation for another minute which culminated to plump-looking lips! I noticed the lines on my lips disappeared and the stinging subsided. I enjoyed the effect for about 10 minutes before my 👄backs came back to its original shape. Regarding the pink tint, it registered colorless on my pigmented lips.

🧐MY EXPERIENCE:
This is different from the original in terms of its promise to deliver long-term plumping effects on the lips. I am yet to see that though because I have been only using it for a short time to notice any difference. The consistency is thicker like a liquid balm and there is noticeable bits of shimmer which imparted a shinier look on the lips. There was no color tint so it just looked colorless on my lips. The stinging on the other hand, for me, was more bearable than the original formula but the effect looked plumper and juicier looking lips. This is noticeable after around 2 minutes upon application and lasts for around 15 minutes as long as the product sits on the lips.

🧐MY EXPERIENCE:
This is indeed not for the lip plumper beginners as this delivers the most intense stinging/ tingling sensation, thus the most plumping effect. However, I noticed the effect was only short-lived as it lasted for only around 3-5 minutes on my lips. The stinging can be felt around a minute upon application and compared with the two formulas, the consistency was the thickest with this. Regarding the long- term lip plumping effect, I have yet to see it too. Although there was a subtle pink hue to it, it also registered colorless on my lips but I noticed the tiny shimmers.
✨In the end, I dont have any preference among the three as I enjoyed each formula and will continue using them for different instances: for everyday I see myself reaching for the original and extreme formula more often, while the maximum plump is useful for special events and selfie shots when showcasing lip products (i.e. lipsticks, lip glosses) as a beauty creator!
⛔️ WARNING: It is especially indicated in the packaging to never swatch it on skin other than the lips as it may irritate skin because of the plumping ingredients. It is also important that you take care not to overline your lips with the applicator as it may irritate the skin around the lips. (This Iearned the hard way lol!)
