Arm Circuit coming in hot for you guys! 💥🔥💪🏻
All you need is some light weights for this! 🙌🏻
Do each exercise for 10 reps and repeat the series 3 times 👊🏼
1. Bicep Curl— keep elbows connected to side
2. V Front Underhand Raise- squeeze those biceps!
3. Single Arm Arnold Press- flip wrist to front when you get to the top of the press
4. Narrow Front Raise - make sure palms are facing each other
5. Wide Elbow Raise- squeeze those shoulders and keep back straight
