My tips for refurbishing:
✨ Make sure you have a space like a garage or covered patio- you do NOT want to do this in your apartment
✨ Furniture that’s bare wood and not painted will make your job much easier
✨ If you have to strip paint, don’t use Citristrip 😅 the formula changed recently and it’s lost it’s cult following
✨ Mineral spirits and a brass brush will be your best friend for removing stripping residue
✨ Stain and polyurethane need to be applied in very thin coats with ample time to dry
