How to Use Contour Stick?
You’ve found the best contour stick! Now all you have to do is, well, use it. While it may seem a bit confusing at first, there are some easy tips that will make you a contouring pro in no time.
After you finished applying your foundation, grab your contour stick of choice and a flat angled brush. Sponges are also very suitable for contouring if you want to intensify the look.
The areas that you want to focus on are your cheekbones, your forehead, your jawline, and your nose. Simply draw a '3' shape on each side of the face. The best way to sculpt and lift your face is by applying it at an angle from the ears down to the lips. The higher you go, the better.
If you want to make your forehead look smaller, apply the product to the edges of your hairline.
When you are contouring the jawline, make sure to blend it down to the neck to avoid any harsh lines
Draw two lines on either side of the bridge of the nose and contour don’t forget to also contour around the nostrils. With your brush, spread the product outwards to create the covered slimming effect.
It might take a few trials and errors, but with the best contour stick on your side, a subtle but gorgeous sunkissed look is pretty much guaranteed.
